We offer generous time off throughout the year and parental leave and employee incentives through our RALLY program with United Healthcare.

We offer a tiered employer match of up to 10% of your salary for 401(k), based on years of service at ReNEW. We also offer a subsidized cost for our Early Childhood Center day-care, and provide intensive professional development. Employees who select the Health Savings Medical Plan are also eligible to open up a free Health Savings Account.

We provide three top medical plans provided by United Healthcare with subsidized coverage available for dependents. We also offer employer-paid vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. We have additional lines of insurance available such as critical illness, cancer, life, and accident insurance.
401 (K)

ReNEW offers a 401k retirement plan to ALL full-time eligible employees. As of summer 2016, we are happy to announce that our new 401k provider is OneAmerica. All of the resources to access or enroll in an account can be found below.  

Please note: Effective January 1, 2022, ReNEW began a tiered  401(k) match based on ReNEW years of service.  You must actively participate and contribute at least the same percentage of your salary to 401(k) in order for ReNEW to fully match your contribution.

  • 0 - 2 Years - Up to 4%
  • 3 - 4 Years - Up to 5%
  • 5 - 6 Years - Up to 6%
  • 7 - 9 Years - Up to 7%
